Katie came in for her Class of 2011 senior model session on Monday, which was incredibly windy but we totally made it work for us and we got lots of great portraits! It was so much fun working with Katie because I have known her for a very long time — I think she was about three years old when I first met her! She’s still just as adorable, only she’s all grown up and beautiful now If you are a fan on facebook you’ve probably already seen all of these but for those of you that come to the blog for fresh images here ya go! There will probably be a few more posted on facebook so check it out!
Anyone looking to get their senior portraits done at Heather Neckers Photography will want to start booking their summer session so that we can fit you on our schedule!
Here is Kaylyn, our next to last Class of 2011 senior portrait model! I photographed Kaylyn last night and challenged myself to find new locations or to try a new spot in a familiar location to keep things fresh and fun. She did a great job and I had a lot of fun working with her! Kaylyn was our first New York senior and I want to let everyone know that we are available to photograph in your hometown and surrounding areas and not just here in North East and its at no additional cost!
So I think its fair to say that the kids coming to Heather Neckers Photography for their senior portraits are a pretty fun, fashionable bunch! I’ve had a lot of fun working with all the Class of 2010 and 2011 students this year and am looking forward to all the upcoming summer sessions! We are taking appointments for this summer right now, so book soon to secure your spot on our busy summer schedule!

Here’s Abbi! Abbi is another of our class of 2011 senior portrait models. She did such an awesome job, I was sad that it seemed to get dark so fast and we didn’t get to photograph her in her third outfit! I loved that she didn’t question anything I asked her to do and just went for it with everything Great job, girl!

Alright so I’ve been doing some serious slacking on the blog. I’ve got a pretty good excuse, I am so incredibly busy and I’d like to thank all of my wonderful clients for keeping me so busy!
Alright, enough about me — on to Emily with the gorgeous blue eyes! Emily met up with me last night and we went down to Lake Erie where I photographed her senior portraits. Her mom did an excellent job holding the reflector
As always, more on the Heather Neckers Photography facebook fanpage!
This is Tori, my gorgeous cousin, who is going to be a senior this year! My does time fly. She was trooper and weathered the hot hot heat and humidity last night and we got some really great portraits. I love each of these but I absolutely adore that last shot! More can be found on the facebook site – http://www.facebook.com/HeatherNeckersPhotography.
I recently got in a proofbook for one of my senior portrait clients and took a few snaps of the book so that I could show you all I think they are pretty awesome and are a great way to get all of your images from a session or wedding and they also make a great gift, in this case he is giving this book away as a thank you gift after graduation to someone who made a huge impact on his life. Pretty cool!
These books come in a lot of different cover options and in several sizes, ask me about them next time you visit the studio, or send me an email and I’ll answer any questions you may have! These are the proofbooks that come with the wedding collections we offer that include the proofbook in them.
Chelsea is this year’s winner of the Erie Junior Philharmonic’s Concerto Competition and she came in last week for a portrait session. Off topic, but I think its fun — Chelsea’s mom, Joellen, was my first client at my studio on Main St. and her daughter was my second client at my second studio here on Lake Street — I appreciate you coming to see me again!
Back on topic: Chelsea will be playing the first Movement of Mozart’s horn concerto at the Junior Philharmonic’s spring concert on April 19th at the Fairview Middle School. She is a very talented girl — she’s going to go far! Great job, girl
A few weeks back Andrew came in for his senior portraits and we had a great time going all over town to find some cool locations for his shoot. We came up with so many great shots that it was really hard to pare it down to these few to show you. We started out in the studio, then we headed to the North East Train Museum – Lake Shore Railway – where we actually got to get inside a bunch of different trains! After doing a bit of shooting around town we then headed to 20 mile creek and the beach.
The following day I met up with him in Clymer, NY to photograph Andrew with his dad’s Barracuda and some of his closest friends.
