MARRIED {Andrea + Ben} | St. George & Bel-Aire Wedding Photographer

Saturday was a perfect day to get married in Erie, the temperature was above freezing and there was zero precipitation — I’d say Andrea and Ben got pretty lucky for the beginning of April in Erie, PA! I was really excited that the ceremony was at St. George Church on Peach Street — I’ve driven by that church SO MANY times and wished I could shoot there and now I finally had my chance! It was absolutely gorgeous inside and with just a bit of flash the lighting was perfect.

The reception at the Bel-Aire was set up beautifully and I loved the classic black and white color palette that they used throughout their wedding with just a shock of pink here and there.

Oh and I *have* to mention the bride’s headband. Its definitely my favorite trend for 2011! If I was getting married again I would so be rocking a bridal headband! They really convey a lot of style — some are so elegant and romantic while others are playful and fun.
