Rachael and Padraic's Wedding

We wrapped up the 2007 wedding season this past Saturday with a hometown wedding here in North East. Rachael and Paddy are such a fabulous couple, and their wedding day matched their personalities.
This was our biggest wedding to date with a total of 28 people in the wedding party! We were lucky to have such a great group of people to work with, everyone was so friendly and cooperative.

Over the past couple weeks I had two handsome little guys come in for their first year birthday portraits and I wanted to share them with you. Both families were big sports fans, so that made it fun when there were lots of props to choose from! They were both so sweet and fun to work with, I’m so glad you brought them in!

Halloween Portraits!

Did you make your child an awesome costume this year? Maybe you bought a really cool one for yourself. Why not document it? This year I’m offering special Halloween costume sittings. For just $25 you will receive a brief photo session and either an 8×10 or (2)5x7s!
You can make an appointment during special hours next week or you have the option to walk-in on Halloween before trick or treating starts. Hours next week include Wednesday from 1-5, Thursday 11-1:30 and Friday from 11-2. Halloween walk-in hours are between 1-5 on the 31st.
Everyone of all ages is welcome. And don’t forget your pet — we love to photograph costumed pets!
The best costume when all is said and done will receive a free gift! Depending on the number of participants there may be several categories. I look forward to seeing lots of fun costumes!
Danny & Allison's Wedding
On Saturday we had the pleasure of photographing a fantastic couple in a beautiful church ( First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, in Erie ), and at an amazing reception ( the Ambassador at the Courtyard by Marriott ) with over a hundred loved ones celebrating Allison and Danny on their special day. It was awesome! We knew it was going to be a good time after photographing their engagement session and seeing what a fun and loving couple they are. Boudoir Session

I’m so excited about yesterday’s boudoir sessions! The ladies all looked gorgeous and the room we photographed in was awesome! A couple of them are allowing me to post images of them here on my blog to show you what its all about. If you are interested in a boudoir session, contact me for more information. Boudoir Update

The date has been set – October 7th at Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast. Each lady will get a one hour session between 2pm and 7pm. There are 3 slots full as of right now and room for only 2 more. A $75 booking fee is needed to save your spot on the calendar, and that is then applied toward your package. I also want you to know that the portraits we create are for your eyes only, they will not be posted on the blog or website anywhere, so feel secure in the fact that only the people you want to see your photographs will be the only ones to do so.

Images of New England

Here are the images Murl and I made from our trip last week. The first picture is of the whole group that went on the “3L” tour — Leaves, Lighthouses and Lobsters Tour. We had such a great time!
Here is a shot of everyone’s cars. This was taken on the last day of the trip in York, ME by the Nubble Lighthouse…its that tiny thing sticking up in the background, if you can see that.
Here are the signs we were chasing down everywhere — this one was on Hurricane Mountain Rd. in New Hampshire, I think. Needless to say, we broke the recommended speed limit, it was such an amazing ride down that road!
Next up, a couple shots of the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. It was such a gorgeous day!

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up — I will be out of the studio for the rest of the week and won’t be back until next Wednesday. Murl and I are headed to Maine with my parents and some of their friends. I will definitely return with some photographs to share! The next chance I get I have some portraits to post that are oh so adorable, check back soon!
